
TimelyCare
Students, faculty, and staff at the William S. Richardson School of Law have free, 24/7 access to virtual care services with TimelyCare — the virtual health and well-being platform. With TimelyCare, you can connect with licensed providers at any time, from anywhere in the United States, using your phone, tablet, or computer. Whether you need immediate support, ongoing counseling, or self-care resources, help is available when you need it.
Services Available
- TalkNow: 24/7, on-demand emotional support to talk about anything, including anxiety, relationships, depression, and school-related stressors.
- Scheduled Counseling: Choose the day, time, and mental health provider that works best for you. (9 visits per year)
- Health Coaching: Develop healthy lifestyle behaviors, including nutrition, sleep habits, time management, and mindfulness.
- Self-Care Content: Visit the Self-Care tab for 24/7 access to tools and resources, such as meditation and yoga sessions, helpful videos, and short articles from experts.
- Peer Community: An anonymous and judgment-free space where you can connect with, react to, and support other students going through similar situations.
How to Get Started
To access TimelyCare, you’ll need to complete a short waiver, linked below. Once submitted, you’ll receive details on how and when you can begin using these services. TimelyCare will be available starting April 7 for those who have completed a waiver. After that, waivers will continue to be processed on a rolling basis.

Once you’ve submitted your waiver and received confirmation, visit timelycare.com/uhmlaw or download the TimelyCare app from your app store. Simply register with your UH email address and start accessing the services.
