Classrooms & Seminar Rooms

Students can reserve the classroom and seminar rooms for approved events or to meet/study. For guidance on reserving a space for an event, please refer to the Law School Student Organizations Manual.


To reserve a space to meet or study, use the Libcal event scheduling system to make a reservation.

Lactation Room

The lactation room is behind the Moot Courtroom and can be entered through the door facing the Clinical Building (Room 140) or from behind the bench in the Moot Courtroom. When using the room, please post the available signs on the door to alert others that it is in use. If you see the sign, do not enter the room.

Lost & Found

The Lost & Found for the Law School is located on the first floor of the Law Administration Building. Please check in with staff at reception regarding lost/found items.

Outdoor Spaces

The Law Administration Building’s first-floor courtyard (located in the middle of the classrooms and seminar rooms) has tables open for Richardson faculty, staff, and students to informally gather, study, eat lunch, etc.

The Law Administration Building’s second-floor lanai has mixed-use seating open for Richardson faculty, staff, and students to informally gather, study, eat lunch, etc.

Restrooms

The restrooms facing the courtyard/located on the first and second floors of the Law Administration building are open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. They are accessible after hours via a code (see Admin Building reception for code).

The restrooms located in the Ewa wing hallway are open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday. They are accessible after hours via Mānoa One Card electronic key card access.

There are two single-stall, all-gender restrooms located in the Clinical Building. One is on the first floor behind the reception desk and the other is on the second floor across from the Medical Legal Partnership suite.

Student Lounge

The Student Lounge is in Room 136, (next to Classroom 4).  The code to enter the room will change every academic year. Please see the reception desk on the first floor of the Law Administration Building for the code.

Water Filling Stations

Water filling stations are located in the Law Administration Building’s first-floor courtyard (in between the restrooms), the Law Library, and the Clinical Building lobby.

Emergencies & DPS

For emergencies in progress, call 911

To report a crime that occurred/suspicious behavior – Call the UH Department of Public Safety (DPS) at 808-956-6911  

For After Hours Building Issues (Air conditioner not working, electrical problem, etc.) Requiring Immediate Attention:

Call DPS for anything that happens after the custodians are gone for the day. Their office will contact the appropriate help.
