Biography
William “Bill” Harrison’s practice focuses on serious criminal defense, including white-collar cases, federal investigations, and high-exposure prosecutions involving murder, fraud, narcotics, and violent offenses. He also handles complex civil litigation, personal injury, and medical malpractice cases.
Bill has handled hundreds of trials and has appeared before the Hawaiʻi Supreme Court, the United States Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
He is widely recognized for his professional excellence, having been named “Lawyer of the Year” in multiple categories and consistently listed in Best Lawyers in America, the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers, and Super Lawyers.
Bill is also a leader in Hawaiʻi’s legal community. He has served as Chair of the Hawaiʻi Judicial Selection Commission, President of the Hawaiʻi Chapter of the Christian Legal Society, Director of the Hawaiʻi State Bar Association, Chair of the Criminal Law Section and the Judicial Administration Committee, and Bencher of American Inns of Court IV. He is also a founding member of the Hawaiʻi Innocence Project.
