Biography

Stephanie E.W. Thompson is Senior Litigation Counsel at Starn O’Toole Marcus & Fisher. She focuses her practice in the areas of commercial and real estate civil litigation and E-Discovery. Upon graduating from the William S. Richardson School of Law in 2005, Stephanie clerked for the Honorable Victoria S. Marks at the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii.  She joined Starn in the Fall of 2006. 

Stephanie has earned Martindale-Hubbell®’s highest rating “AV Preeminent” given by her peers based on her legal skills and integrity. She has also been selected to the Hawaii Super Lawyers® list and Benchmark Litigation list as a “Rising Star”. Stephanie has served on the Board of the Litigation Section for the HSBA, and was its chair in 2015.
