Biography

Melissa is the president and co-founder of Hawaii Public Policy Advocates. She is an attorney, lobbyist and government affairs professional who represents clients before the state legislature, regulatory agencies and local governmental bodies. She has taught courses of legislative advocacy and was named the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Women in Business Champion for the State of Hawaii.
