Biography
Lori Downes is the Associate Director of Graduate & International Programs at the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. In this role, Lori manages the Advanced JD Program for foreign lawyers, the Master of Laws (LLM) Program, and the Visiting International Scholars Program and provides additional assistance for international students in our JD Program as well as specialized legal English language support. She also advices students interested in Study Abroad programs, including Fulbright Programs. Lori’s background is in language instruction (English, French and Spanish), language proficiency assessment, program development, and marketing.
