Biography

Julia Kim Chiang is a judicial law clerk on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to clerking, she practiced at Jenner & Block LLP. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
