Biography

Joy M. Miyasaki, specializes in tax and estate planning, trust and estate administration, and tax controversy and collection matters. She has practiced in New York City and with the Office of Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service. She is a Fellow, American College of Trust and Estate Counsel; Editorial Board Member, Practical Tax Lawyer, published by ALI-ABA; and is a current Chair, HSBA Tax Section.
