Biography

Gail M. Tamashiro, a partner at Cades Schutte for twenty-six years, retired from the partnership in 2016 and is currently of counsel to the firm. She has and continues to represent large landowners in Hawai’i on a variety of real estate transactions. Her areas of practice focus on leasing, financing, purchase and sale of real estate, state subdivision registration, valuation arbitrations, condemnations, lease to fee conversions, and real estate litigation. She has been listed in Best Lawyers of American each year since 1995.
