Biography
David Raatz has been a public-sector lawyer in Hawai`i for more than 20 years, with experience in legislation, municipal law, constitutional law, zoning and planning, open-government law, and government ethics. He serves as a court-appointed arbitrator, volunteers with the Hawai`i Appellate Pro Bono Program and Volunteer Legal Services Hawai`i, and is a member of the Maui County Bar Association and American Bar Association.
