Biography
Professor Dale Fujimoto is a Deputy Attorney General at the Labor Division of the Department of the Attorney General, State of Hawaii. His legal practice involves, among other things, reviewing and drafting contracts, legal counseling, and litigating matters in federal and state court. Before joining the Department of the Attorney General, Professor Fujimoto practiced law in Oregon, focusing on real estate law and commercial transactions. He also litigated complex matters ranging from real property litigation, commercial litigation, and medical and professional malpractice. Professor Fujimoto also served as an Attorney Advisor for the United States District Court for the District of Oregon. He also worked as a judicial clerk in federal and state court.
Before his legal career, Professor Fujimoto earned his M.B.A. and worked at a global consulting firm and bank.
