Reserve a Room

Law school administration, faculty and students have priority to reserve our meeting rooms. Other University offices and public organizations may also use the space but need to fill out the appropriate liability forms.

Once you reserve the room, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. The request will go to our law events office for review. Once we review your request, you will then get a confirmation email that your request has been approved or denied.

If you are serving food, we will provide you with additional instructions on set up and take down/clean up. If for some reason you need to change or cancel the reservation, you can do it by clicking on the link in the confirmation email or send an email to lawevent@hawaii.edu
