Will apply legal analytic skills to materials showing the ways in which Anglo-American legal traditions and systems deal with women and women's roles, examining how society views women and women's roles, and how that view affects the ultimate de jure and de facto legal status of women, comparing with other legal cultures in Asia, the Pacific, and Hawai'i where appropriate.
