This is a limited open book exam. Students may use their own notes and provided sections of the Model Penal Code (MPC). Students will not have access to the internet during the exam. Students may not access or use any files saved on the hard drive of their computer/laptop. Students will be sent an attachment prior to the start of the exam they may print and use during the exam.
