Additional Info: The Civil Procedure I exam is an in-person exam on Thursday, December 15 and will begin promptly at 8:00AM HST. Students should report to CR3 at least ten minutes before the start of the exam to get situated.
This exam is a limited open book exam. Students can only refer to their hard copy Federal Rules book/supplement (including any handwritten annotations contained therein and any tabs/flags to faciliate navigating through the book) and nothing else. No access to any programs/files on their hard drive or any other outlines, commercial outlines, casebooks, treatises, or other printed materials. No inserts or other printed/handwritten notes pasted inside (or over) the Rules books/supplement is allowed.
