Additional Info: The Civil Procedure I exam is an in-person exam on Thursday, December 15 and will begin promptly at 8:00AM HST. Students should report to CR2 at least ten minutes before the start of the exam to get situated.
This is a modified closed book exam. Students will be provided with an Appendix containing exam-relevant rules and statutes. They may use this Appendix in answering exam questions. Students may also bring into the exam room and use one double-sided piece of 11x17 inch paper annotated with notes or diagrams written in their own hand. Students may not access or use any files saved on the hard drive of their computer/laptop.
