Additional Info: The Business Associations exam is an in-person exam on Monday, December 12 and will begin promptly at 6:00PM HST. Students should report to CR2 at least ten minutes before the start of the exam to get situated.
This exam is a limited open book exam. Students may use:
- casebook
- statutory supplement
- hard copies of the student's class notes and outline
In addition:
– You may NOT use any digital files during the exam (e.g. you may NOT use any information or files saved on your hard drive, available on the internet, etc.; you may NOT copy and paste from files on your computer; you may NOT consult with any other person during the exam).
– Your class notes and outlines must be in hard copy, printed prior to the start of the exam. Group notes and outlines are OK, but must be a product to which you have made a substantial contribution.
– You may NOT utilize commercial outlines, hornbooks, treatises, course slides, web materials, or other such materials during the exam.
– If you find it necessary, you may use a calculator, but only for the purpose of completing calculations.
