Welcome to Secured Transactions. For the first class on Monday, August 26, at 10:00 am, please read Assignment 1 in LoPucki and Warren, Secured Credit: A Systems Approach, 7th ed., and be prepared to discuss all of the problems in Problem Set 1.
Also, please read Assignment 2 and be prepared to discuss Problems 2.1 and 2.2.
