You might run into some treats when you come into the Library next week!

Please Join us for these Library Events:

  • April 8, National Library Workers Day: Celebrate our library workers with tasty treats
  • April 10, National Take Action for Libraries Day: Join us as we call on Congress to protect federal library funding

Thursday, April 10th is Take Action for Libraries Day.  We’ll have laptops set up in the Law Library to sign a petition in support of saving the IMLS (the Institute for Museum and Library Services), an “independent” federal agency that funds numerous museum and library programs.  All of the IMLS employees have been put on administrative leave and funding for our nation’s public museums and libraries has ceased.  It is an opportunity to make your voice heard.  Learn more at NPR.
